Finally the wind has stopped!

At the moment, we are producing a wine from the last reaped grapes for creating a wine different: sweet and with a higher alcohol level.

This wine can be drink as an aperitiv and matches excellent to foie gras or to desserts.

It will be finished for the feast's at the end of the year.

One knows these nature-sweet wines since the antique.
They are won from the Muscat à petits grains blancs (Grenache), a very aromatic type of grape.
Since 1898 the name is legally protected and since 1914 prescribes a list the type of grapes, which are used for the production of these wines.
The manufacturing process is a special: The grade of maturity may not do less than 252 gram of sugar amounted to (14°), the alcohol content is between 15 and 18% volume.
