I have just taken part at a Best-Practise Session about the integration of e-learning at schools, universities, companies. There were no really new cognitions: You will need leadership (which technology we choose, how to organize, who is responsible), a strategical plan (where and what will you be in the next 1/3/5 years) and stretched pointed community definition (to share, discuss, sale, play, for informal learning). It's not enough to have a perfect technology for learning, people's first aim not to learn, they want to communicate.
