That's where I am right now. There is going to be a huge birthday party (my dad's 50th) tomorrow.

Many little things piled up lately, so I have been working out my timetable and checking with the school what courses to take.
I will have to re-apply for my scholarship simply because I want to raise it to a 50% reduction of the tuition fees (now I am on 30%). Reason being, that the fees were raised again without any notification beforehand.

In September, my grandparents (maternal side) are coming to Fitou. It is their first big trip in a long long time and they are pretty excited. We had the ingenious idea to put them in a train to Paris for two days, so I can see them, and they can see me and Paris . I did not have to convince them for longer than five minutes (positively strange behaviour) and I could see my gran's eyes lighting up by the word "Paris". Now they'll be coming on the last weekend of September and I will show them a glimpse of the city I love .

I had a wonderful day today with my mummy .
We only planned to go to Narbonne to do some administrative stuff but in the end it, as women probably always do, we had to go into some shops.

Yesterday evening we have dinner in the za za club, a nice restaurant at the Toreilles beach.

My daughter Phyllis is 12 years old and now a proud owner of a mobile phone. She lives in Germany with my other daughter Jule and her mother. Yesterday, she sends me an email with the news and today I tried out the Skype Out feature. If the software said the truth it costs me 20 eurocent per minute to phone her from france to her german mobile phone. Good to hear her
