On Tuesday we had an appointment with the agency's lawyer, as there is a problem with two estates. The seller had an estate which she divided in order to sell two estates. One part (with the house) was already sold via the agency. The other one is going to be sold the coming Monday. The problem is that the access to the house's garage lies on the estate of the second part. Of course, the owner of the estate with the house claim that it is theirs, but it clearly isn't (one can see it on the cadastral map excerpt). And now they accuse the agency of advertising fraud.

After the appointment I continued translating and I now also take the role of answering phone calls and trying to answer the clients' questions when I could.

Early evening Jeff (Mr Hugo) and I went looking for a house that is soon for sale as it may be of interest for a client.

In the morning Jeff and I went to the notary to hand in an expertise which was done for a medical cabinet.
Afterwards, I was looking for new interesting offers on the website "immo-du-sud.com" in order to update Ralph's website. But as we had a problem with the Internet I could only look for those in the area of Narbonne and it took me quite a while.

I continued searching for the photos of the offers found on Wednesday.
I did a poster for the window of a house situated in Bages (one of the most expensive places in this area and a fantastic house with a superb view on the Étang from almost everywhere in the house - that includes the WC!).
When finished admiring I entered a new house offer on the website.

In the afternoon, I continued the research for the most recent estate offers in Port La Nouvelle and Sigean.
